We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received.
You may specify a delivery address which is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver the Products directly to a friend or a relative.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible. Our normal working hours are Monday to Saturday 10am - 5.30pm. We only process and dispatch orders during these time scales. All delivery and dispatch timescales quoted on the website do not include weekends or bank holidays. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within the specified timescale, on occasion due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot always guarantee delivery in said time, or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale.
International delivery is available on many products, and we request you to check with us through whatsapp or email or over phone before ordering. Delivery costs are worked out according to the product’s size and weight, as well as where it’s going.
Incase of not receiving gifts:
We provide a tracking number on despatch of your order so that you can track the progress of your delivery. If any issues arise, please contact us, so that we can assist successful delivery for you.
Events beyond our Control:
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident and weather.
